Wisdom

Stumbled upon this trailer for "Wisdom". Award Winning photographer and filmmaker Andrew Zuckerman interview, photographed and filed 50 of the worlds' greatest writers, actors, artists, designers, politicians, musicians and religious and business leaders of our time.  They are all over 50 years of age and the clips shown from their responses shown in this trailer are nothing short of amazing.  There are so many different perspectives and viewpoints shown that I would be hard pressed to believe that anyone would not be able to connect with at least one of these sage's.    There is a funny and immensly true quote from Tom Wilson that says “Wisdom doesn't necessarily come with age. Sometimes age just shows up all by itself.” For these 50 individuals this is not the case.

Vaughn de Heart Inspires in blog writeup

So today I got a little bored and decided to google "Vaughn de Heart" and see what came up (Is that weird?...Maybe a little) And I stumbled upon this blog called T-shirt Theory that wrote about VDH.  This blog is a little mysterious to me as I tried to find out more info about the blog but did not uncover much.  It seems as though it was started by someone that has just fallen in love with t-shirts and the messages behind them.  One thing that I liked is when the blogger said "[With Vaughn de Heart] there is a simplicity and elegance to them which I greatly enjoy."  I really loved the title of the article as well, "Vaughn de Heart tees Inspire"  I hope they do inspire for I feel inspiration is a rare commodity in our present days, it takes significant excavation to uncover small amounts.  You can read the full article here.  I also hope to hear more from this kind hearted mysterious blogger.

Brings back so many memories.  The same thing used to happen all the time when we played soccer in front yard in Michigan when we were younger, and things were so much simpler... photo taken in Paris, France June 2009 by Alastair Philip Wiper
